Project Name:Latere
Charles is one of many hidden projects in the Centre. He was created in 1996 with the express purpose of taking over Jarod's role as main Pretender. Much like Mr.Lyle they arranged for Charles to be adopted by a family with ties to the Centre what they didn't expect was the family disappearing with their newest experiment in tow. Unlike Jarod however Charles was not sought after, they rationalized that hiding a child with his expected IQ would be impossible for anyone and that he would be recovered later. What they didn't expect was that as he grew their project would be able to slide through their security and recover the truth and his birth and biological family. It was then that Charles changed his name and decided to go on his own search for the truth.
